RogueIQ provides general educational information and tools. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not your adviser or broker.

• We never make buy, sell or hold recommendations or price predictions, and nothing on RogueIQ is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset.
• Your decisions are yours. Talk to a licensed professional about your own situation.

Data and sources

Our content draws on public sources, such as government agencies, regulators and company filings, and we link and date the source wherever we can. Data can be delayed, revised by the source or contain errors from them or from us. We don't guarantee that any data is accurate, complete or current. Check the official source before relying on any figure.

Accounts

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone with it can sign in. Every account receives the free RogueIQ newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. You can delete your account whenever you like from your account page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Agent keys and the API

Personal agent keys give read-only access to your own saves and follows. Keep them private and revoke any key you think is exposed. Please don't overload the service, get around rate limits, or resell the API as your own product. AI agents using RogueIQ data should pass along the source, date and disclaimer included in each response.

Acceptable use

Don't use RogueIQ to break the law, send spam, attack or scrape the service in a way that harms it, or pretend to be someone else.

Our content

The site design, text, charts and code belong to RogueIQ. You may quote and share with credit and a link. Source data belongs to its publishers.

As-is service

RogueIQ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. We may change or stop any feature at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RogueIQ and its operators are not liable for any losses (including trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of RogueIQ or reliance on its content. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, which for free use is zero.

Governing law
