- Every account also gets the free RogueIQ newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- You can download your data or delete your account from your account page whenever you like.
- We never sell your personal information.

Cookies
We set one first-party cookie, rq_s, only when you sign in. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax and lasts 90 days, refreshed when you use the site. Some features also keep saved items in your browser's local storage on your device. Visitors who don't sign in get no RogueIQ cookies.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Google Search Console shows us search queries in aggregate.
The newsletter
When you create an account, we add your email to the RogueIQ newsletter on beehiiv (single opt-in) and beehiiv may send you a welcome email. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also turn the newsletter off on your account page. Unsubscribing keeps your account active.
Who processes your data for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, the D1 database that stores account data, bot protection and analytics.
- Resend: sends sign-in code emails from login@auth.rogueiq.com.
- beehiiv: sends and manages the newsletter.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms, and we share only what each needs for its job. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Download: your account page has a "Download my data" button that gives you a JSON file of your account, saves, follows, agent keys (without the secret part) and signup events.
- Delete: "Delete my account" removes your user record, sessions, saves, follows, keys, signup events and pending sign-in codes at once, and deletes your subscription in beehiiv. Copies on your own device stay until you clear them.
- You can ask us questions about your data through @rogueiq on X. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have extra rights such as access, correction and objection, and we will honor them.
Security
Sign-in codes, session tokens and agent keys are stored only as hashes. Secrets for our providers live in encrypted Cloudflare Worker settings. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account safe.
Children
RogueIQ is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date below and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
